2.3. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@fullvision.io if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Use of the Services
3.1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
3.2. You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, our systems, or any related network;

4.2. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying in addition to the fees.
4.3. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
4.4. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. The Services, including all software, content, design, text, graphics, logos and other materials, are owned by FullSystems Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
5.2. You retain ownership of any data you provide to or generate through the Services ("Your Data"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and transmit Your Data solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.
6. Third-party services
6.1. The Services may interact with or contain links to third-party websites, products or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of such third parties. Your use of any third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
6.2. Third-party integrations (Google Search Console)
FullVision offers an optional integration with Google Search Console. By connecting your Google account, you authorize FullVision to access your Google Search Console data on your behalf, subject to the scopes you grant during the OAuth consent flow. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access for the GSC properties you connect.
Your use of the Google Search Console API through FullVision is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. FullVision is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
You may disconnect the integration at any time from your FullVision dashboard or by revoking access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection, FullVision will stop fetching new data from your Google account and delete cached data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The integration is provided "as is." FullVision is not responsible for changes in availability, behavior, or pricing of the Google Search Console API, or for any data discrepancies between FullVision and Google's own reporting surfaces.
7. Disclaimers
7.1. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or accurate.
